Parts/CPUs/Hygon Dhyana
Why this part
A licensed Zen core, produced through a joint-venture structure AMD set up in 2016 that transferred x86 design rights into China before the export-control environment closed. Nothing comparable has been licensed since, and it is the reason the domestic-substitution index has to distinguish a domestically designed part from a domestically produced one. Dhyana is made in China by a Chinese company from an American architecture, and calling that either domestic or foreign without qualification loses the fact that matters.

“Units recorded” sums only the edges where a public source states a quantity. It is a floor, not a total, and should never be read as installed base.
