Hanyuan-1
Hanyuan-1 is a neutral atoms quantum computer operated by CAS Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement in China. It has 100 physical qubits. It ranks 8 of 13 neutral atom machines in this table by physical qubit count. 6 sourced specs are in the spec sheet. 2 published benchmark or milestone records are listed below, each marked by who measured it.
Also known as Hanyuan No. 1, Hanyuan 1 atomic quantum computer
China's first neutral-atom quantum computer to be sold commercially, developed by the CAS Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement Science and Technology in Wuhan with partner institutions. Reports of 1 to 3 November 2025 say it has more than 40 million yuan in orders, including a unit delivered to a China Mobile subsidiary and an export unit for Pakistan. Reported fidelities are 0.999 single-qubit and 0.98 two-qubit. The reports do not state where the first unit is installed.
Spec sheet
Technical details as the builder or a paper states them, each with its own source. A blank is a fact we could not source, not a zero. Fidelity and coherence figures are in the benchmark table below.

Published benchmark figures
These are numbers the builder or a paper reports for this machine, not results from a common test. The basis column says who measured them. What the metrics mean and why they are not comparable across technologies.
