Tianyan-287
Tianyan-287 is a superconducting circuits quantum computer operated by China Telecom Quantum Group in China. It has 105 physical qubits. It ranks 22 of 53 superconducting machines in this table by physical qubit count. 10 sourced specs are in the spec sheet. 6 published benchmark or milestone records are listed below, each marked by who measured it.
Also known as Tianyan 287, Zuchongzhi 3.0-like cloud processor
Built by China Telecom Quantum Group and QuantumCTek and offered on the Tianyan cloud platform from the China Telecom Anhui Big Data Industrial Park in Hefei. The operator's December 2025 arXiv paper reports 99.90 percent single-qubit, 99.56 percent two-qubit and 98.7 percent readout fidelity, and a 74-qubit, 24-cycle random circuit sampling run of one million samples in 18.4 minutes that it says would take a classical supercomputer about 16,000 years. One qubit is non-functional and two have suppressed T1, so the working qubit count is lower than 105.
Spec sheet
Technical details as the builder or a paper states them, each with its own source. A blank is a fact we could not source, not a zero. Fidelity and coherence figures are in the benchmark table below.
