AMD EPYC 7H12 (Rome, high frequency)

64-core high-frequency Rome sold only for liquid-cooled HPC nodes.

Why this part

A high-frequency Rome bin sold only to system integrators, never at retail, and specified for liquid-cooled HPC nodes where 280W per socket is a cooling problem someone has already solved. Karolina and Vega both use it. Parts like this are also where naive spec-string parsers fail: the SKU embeds a letter rather than being four digits, and a rule matching only digits drops the entire high-frequency line silently. That bug existed in this repository's parser and is documented in the README.

“Units recorded” sums only the edges where a public source states a quantity. It is a floor, not a total, and should never be read as installed base.
